Beach in Big Bay
Hiiiii! Autumn is HERE, guys. š Holy moly, it just happens so fast. Blink and youāll miss it kind-of-vibes. But! Trying to at least hit my usual haunts this year again⦠which include a few trips out to Big Bay, which is just⦠a town I have such a special place in my heart for. This day was wild though, like legit 80 degrees in early October, fall colors, but felt like summer. I spent a long time reading outside drinking a chaider (chai/cider!), before making the drive out there, grabbing a bite at Thunder Bay Inn, and heading down to the beach to take a quick peek, and ended up just staying there for photos and golden hour, because it was legit so beautiful, warm, breezy, and just⦠magical. I have a few other spots I need to go back to Big Bay for this autumn, but this night just called for the beach.
So yeah, hence the tank top, hahaha. There was zero need for my plaid shacket, which oddly enough, Iāve worn several times at this exact location. š But yeah, finally just switched my closet over from spring/summer to fall/winter, in October, weāve just had unseasonably warm temperatures. But Iām excited, fall is my favorite time to dress, itās when I started my blog, so I feel like itās just⦠the most creative time, although most of my closet at this point is just so old, but I kind of love that. These woven sandals Iāve legit had since like⦠2010, no joke. Not sure how theyāre even still holding on, hahaha. Anywayyyy. A trip to Lake of the Clouds is coming up, need to get out on a few weeknight adventures, watch a few horror/mystery AFI movies Iāve been saving for October, but yeah, itās just legit the best month ever and Iām so happy to be living in it right now. š
